CRIME REPORT: Memphis man arrested on child pornography charges

Source: The Commercial Appeal, Memphis, Tenn.自存倉Sept. 18--Memphis police have arrested a 33-year-old man after a sting led to the discovery of hundreds of images of child pornography on his computer.William Keltner has been charged with one count of aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor and three counts of sexual exploitation of a minor. He is being held on $50,000 bond.According to police, the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force used a "file-sharing program" to conduct a sting on Aug. 18. Investigators received three full files and three other partial files that depicted child pornography. Police traced the user's Internet address to a home in the 400 block of Twelve Oaks Circle in East Memphis. Police got a search warrant, and found more than 300 images of child porn on Keltner's computer. Police also said Keltner had more than 25 videos he planned to distribute o迷你倉 sell.Police arrest man for raping 12-year-old girlA Memphis man has been arrested for raping a 12-year-old girl, police said.Christophe Boler, 19, has been charged with raping a child. He is being held on $251,000 bond.According to police, the incident happened Feb. 15 at a home in the 2700 block of Meadow Lane in East Memphis. The incident was reported to police on March 19, but Boler was just taken into custody Tuesday after allegedly hitting his female cousin in the face. Police then discovered he was wanted for the rape.According to police, Boler told the girl to come to the bedroom, then started undressing her.
